but things are very different for me.
new home, new university, new life.
but remembering the positive and healthy habits of my past.
no bad habits to be developed in my new city.
all health, healing, growth, strength, knowledge, positivity and peace.
this weeks goal:
-Find the gym in my new city
-buy healthy foods and plan for packing lunches and snacks
- buy containers to carry food in
- continue to simplify material objects in my life
- if gym won’t fit into schedule, run outdoors, download running app, buy new headphones
-avoid all fast food as to avoid creating habits
